This mahogany settle serves as the centerpiece for my livingroom. The entire unit was constructed from a single board. I was told at the lumberyard that this was the first piece of Mahogany of this size that they had had in eighteen months.

The settle is held together with hand carved walnut pins that allow me to disassemble and move it in a matter of minutes.

I built the coffee table from oak. Just so you know, there are no original mission-style coffee tables, because according to the "Coffee Table, Coffee Table Book," coffetables are a 20th century phenomenon.
